Payment by bank transfer

When ordering a large product from us online, payment can only be made via bank transfer. The process is as follows:

  • 1. Contact

    Please contact us by phone, email or via the contact form to discuss product details and individual shipping costs.

  • 2. Placing an order

    Once you have agreed on the terms, please send us an email confirming your intention to purchase.

  • 3. Reservation

    Once we receive your confirmation, we will reserve the selected product for you (for 48 hours) and provide you with payment details.

  • 4. Payment

    Based on the arrangements, you make a bank transfer (details provided below).

  • 5. Shipping

    Once payment has been received, we will ship your product. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.

  • 6. Product collection

    The shipment is delivered directly to the indicated address.

Product Returns – You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your shipment. The returned product should be sent to Księdza Konstantego Budkiewicza 51, 05-091, Ząbki. Details regarding returns can be found in the website's terms and conditions , Section 7 – Right of Withdrawal.
